Taylor is a sophomore at Hackensack High school in New Jersey. She has had passion for the ocean since she was a little girl when she decided to become a Marine Biologist. She spends her summers in Cape May, and for the past two summers she has worked at the Cape May Whale Watch and Research Center. She plans to use the grant to start her diving experiences which will help her in her future studies as a Marine Biologist, as well as broaden her already high interest in the ocean environment.
