Suzanne, an editor and writer in the non-profit world, knew as she took her divemaster course that she wanted to become an instructor. She loves working with students and wanted to share her love of scuba diving; she wanted to become a role model to other new women divers. Suzanne used the scholarship to pay for the materials needed for the PADI instructor course and exam. She has been teaching scuba part-time since 2002 and still loves it.
