Randi Sims is an undergraduate at Clemson University where she is pursuing a degree in Environmental Science. After her freshman year at Clemson, she joined the Conservation of Marine Resources Creative Inquiry Research Lab where she became a certified diver. Throughout her time in the lab, she has made more than 200 research dives and participated in various projects. She is currently working on a research project involving damselfish and their impact on coral reef community structure, as well as coral transplants. She hopes to continue forward with this project until graduation, and upon graduating, continue her education in a graduate program in marine biology.
