Lauren is a freshman at the University of Alabama majoring in Marine Science and Biology on a full-tuition scholarship. In the past, she has done a zoology apprenticeship in her hometown at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium. Lauren wants to obtain her scuba certification to be more versatile in research settings and become more in touch with the environment.
