Kate is a third-year archaeology undergraduate at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia. She intends to use her dive training to research and explore submerged archaeological sites both in Australia and internationally, and is particularly interested in Indigenous Australian Pleistocene sites that were submerged at the end of the last Ice Age. Kate is passionate about uncovering the lives ofpeople from the distant past and hopes that this training will help her bring fascinating discoveries to light.
