Jillian Morris

Jillian’s love for the ocean started at an early age and has continued to play an integral role in her adult life. After only 3 years of diving, she became an instructor in 2007. Jillian has spent thousands of hours in the field, working with sharks across the globe as a marine biologist, photographer, videographer, and dive guide. As the executive director of Oceanic Allstars conservation media group, Jillian has combined her love of these animals with her passion for photo and video. In 2012 Jillian founded Sharks4Kids, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing shark education materials to students and teachers around the world. Along with materials, Sharks4Kids also offers classroom visits both in person and by way of Skype as well as holding outdoor events and activities for kids. Since the launch of www.sharks4kids.com in November 2013, Jillian and the team have spoken to over 13,000 kids in 23 different countries about sharks and shark conservation. Jillian wants to continue creating media that educates the world about the importance of the ocean environment.
