Jennifer is senior at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and will be finishing her B.S. in Conservation Biology with a double minor in Marine Science and Applied Statistics in May. She got her feet wet in the field of marine biology by studying abroad at the CIEE Research Station in Bonaire where she conducted research on coral diseases. Her internship will help refine her skills in marine microbiology by hands-on laboratory experience and field surveying. Jennifer hopes to pursue a master’s degree in Microbiology and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
