Ella Potter is a Medical Neuroscience undergraduate at the University of Sussex, and is currently on a year abroad in Sweden undertaking a series of research projects. Diving for only a few years, she has worked her way to a BSAC Theory and Assistant Practical Instructor and hopes to progress further with her training while studying for a Ph.D.. Spending time with DAN Europe, Ella began to recognize her dream of combining her love of scuba with neuroscience. She hopes to uncover the neurological mechanism underlying nitrogen narcosis and make substantial scientific contributions to the diving community.
