Danielle completed her studies at University of Connecticut Avery Point in 2009 with a B.S. degree in marine sciences. She discovered the diving world in the fall of 2007 and obtained her open water certification through PDIC; then advanced to become an AAUS scientific diver, as well as a rescue diver. She has since changed her focus and is now a nursing student at University of Connecticut.
