Cathleen is a fourth-year student at the Mariano Marcos State University working on her Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology. She lives in Pias Sur, Currimao, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. This grant will allow Cathleen to become even more involved in her field and give her skills she can use in her future career. She aims to help connect more people to life under water through scuba diving and inspire women into the water.
