Better known as Breezy, Briana started her diving career while pursuing her undergraduate degrees at the University of Rhode Island. Breezy is studying Geology, Geological Oceanography, Marine Biology, and Underwater Archaeology. Her goal is to pursue a career that focuses on bridging different fields of sciences. Breezy is a proud U.S. Coast Guard Veteran who has a passion for working in extreme environments. Now a certified Divemaster, she wishes to continue her diving education and get into ice and cave diving, and she plans to use the grant to pursue Instructor certification so she can spread the joy of being underwater to anyone who wishes to enter the ocean realm.
