Since 1975, Georgann, an accomplished scuba diver, artist, and writer, has dived and documented over 250 Great Lakes shipwrecks, at least thirty of which she discovered through personal effort. To promote the sport of diving and encourage the conservation of historic shipwrecks, she has interpreted and shared these sites through her research, writing, illustrations, photographs, DVDs, and public presentations, reaching audiences throughout the United States and Canada. She is the co-author of five books in the Erie Wrecks series, a shipwreck chart, several dozen works of art, and the development of the informative web site, www.eriewrecks.com.
